Another CNY goodies, Pineapple Tarts! Making these tarts took me 7 hours, didn't sleep the whole night, finished at 7am... First time making pineapple tarts didn't know it will take so long, next time definitely will not start at 12 midnight :P

Pork Floss Mini Spring Roll

Chinese New Year is here and I am so excited to try out some CNY recipes. Initially, never thought of making anything for CNY but after reading my friend's blog, I got inspired and excited to come up with something!

Fuh! Making these pork floss mini spring roll is really a chore. It took me 11 hours to just get 2 containers filled. Can you believe it?? Next time must get someone to help me as this time round I was doing it alone. It's the filling and folding of the roll that took up most of my time, the frying of the roll was a breeze, it only took 5 minutes :)

Blueberry Muffin

First time making muffin, was thinking to start with the basic vanilla muffin but found some blueberries in the fridge, so decided to make these blueberry muffin :)

Mini Butter Cookies

Did this some time ago but only now I have the time to upload the pictures. It was fun making these cookies but seriously it is very time consuming. However, looking at the outcome, it worths all effort that I have put in :)
